- 1. Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for insuring the agency is meeting client expectations in the areas of strategy development, delivery of quality marketing solutions and flawless execution. In addition, he/she is also responsible for ensuring that respective VCG functions meet deadlines and deliverables within project processes, and that project plans deliver on business benefits as articulated by the client. This may include work on brand analysis, positioning, architecture, consumer brand experience, and marketing communications planning.
The ideal candidate should possess either a University Degree in Economics or marketing-related field and have 1-2 years of account management on either the client side or agency side of the business. We're seeking someone with sufficient marketing acumen and branding expertise. Good analytical problem solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate and persuade in written and oral forms required. Good command of Latvian, Russian, English. Proficiency in computer skills coupled with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must. The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and bring projects in on time and on/under budget.
- 2. Graphic Designer
As a member of the Internet solutions team, the Designer reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for exploration and conceptualization of web design options and solutions. He/She will work as a member of team in the development of client Internet focused design solutions. Various duties and responsibilities include contributing concepts for all client engagements under the direction of a manager, conducting conceptual exploration of design alternatives, participating in meetings and critiques; explaining and substantiating existing or potential design direction; refining concepts; and preparing prototypes and designs for client presentations.
The successful candidate will likely have a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a similar discipline. Additionally, we are seeking 1-2 years of post-graduate experience. Internet development experience is extremely important. Candidate must be proficient in all Macintosh design programs including Illustrator and PhotoShop, Macromedia Flash and other graphic programs.
- 3. Regional Director (Denmark)
JOB PURPOSE:
To develop and lead implementation of strategies which shape future business delivery and provide the best possible service to clients in Denmark
KEY TASKS:
Develop a 3-year strategic plan for the Business development in Denmark.
Develop and manage annual business plans identifying key activities, priorities and risks.
Build relationships and manage the delivery of a consultation process with clients
Manage VCG existing accounts on the market, as well as developing the new ones.
Manage the delivery of a revised client service and consultation strategy
Ensure the VCG business requirements are met

Creative Director is to guide a team of graphic designers, copywriters, freelancers and other supporting employees. Create ideas and concepts for the agency clients in areas of communication strategy, branding, advertising, graphic and interactive design.
KEY TASKS
